I am a middle 60′s baby and a proud Gen-Xer. I am part of the generation that has been completely overlooked, and totally ignored, by the Baby Boomers that are running our country into the ground, and by the Millenials that exist on instant gratification.
I was raised during the Vietnam War and was almost an Army brat. I was also raised around firefighters, cops and have worked in law enforcement, myself.
I am the ex-wife of a retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant. I’ve seen and heard a LOT.

I am a Constitutionalist, a Christian and a computer geek. All three should speak for themselves…no further explanation needed.
I am Sci-Fi enthusiast. I’m not a “gamer”, but I am a Trekkie, an Earther, an X-Phile, a Tau’ri, a Browncoat and I might be mistaken for a Sebacean. I have the same enthusiasm for real science, too.
I don’t smoke or drink, not because of over-the-top moral reasons, but because I care about my health. I care about the environment and our planet without being a green whack-job or a global-warming nut. I don’t drive a Prius and never will. I love animals without belonging to PETA and I don’t like my food genetically modified or full of toxic chemicals. Ditto personal care products and construction materials.
I practice Hatha Yoga and, I firmly support our 2nd Amendment (yes, I carry).
If you can’t grasp that, think “olive branch, first, but deadly force, if necessary.” Anyone who has studied Isshinryu Karate is familiar with Master Shimabuku’s sea goddess Megami: “She represents the serenity that a Karateka should display. Her left hand is held open in a sign of peace, but her right is clenched in a fist, representing strength in case of bad intentions.” (Megami)
I practiced this form of traditional, Okinawan Karate some years ago and achieved the rank of Yon Kyu or 4th Kyu purple belt/brown belt (Isshinryu Karate Belt Rank Requirements).
I view most actors & actresses much the same way that folks did 100+ years ago…barely one step above prostitutes. Ditto career politicians. Musicians are only as good as their music, not their unsolicited opinions. I love your music (well, most of it) but, I could care less what you THINK. Do what you are good at and leave the rest to God.
