I like nationalism. I like MY country. I like MY language. I like MY culture. I like MY faith. I wouldn’t mind visiting another’s country…taste their cuisine, learn of their ways of life. But, that doesn’t mean I want to adopt it or have it forced on me. You do your thing over there and I’ll do my thing over here. I’ll visit and say “Hello” and share a drink or something. Then, I’m going home. If I want to learn a new language, I’ll do so of my own accord. If I want to try to cook a dish that’s not chiefly considered to be American, I’ll decide to do so. Multiculturalism and transnationalism is nothing more than an elitist’s attempt to make all of us beige and poor. And, I’ve got news for all of you who think that Christians (or Jews, for that matter) and Muslims can live, side-by-side, in peace. It ain’t gonna happen. All Muslims want to do is kill or enslave everyone that isn’t a Muslim (infidel). Christians have been guilty of warring, too, of course. The Crusades were just as bloody as what Muslim extremists are doing now…the difference being, Christians, as a whole, don’t kill because of resistance to conversion so much as they seek to acquire wealth, power and territory. Ditto, the Jews. When was the last time you heard of a Jew killing someone because they wouldn’t convert? Jews tend to lean in the other direction. They are pretty suspicious and picky about who converts to their religion.

Unless a country is horribly repressive…oppressive…suppressive (choose which ever adjective you want), most people love their own culture and prefer it over anyone else’s. This is human nature…to be with like-minded individuals. America may have started out as a melting pot but, she developed her own culture, becoming a sum greater than her own parts. We are unique in that category.

The Department of Energy (thank you Jimmy Carter) just approved a new $1 billion loan package to “green” energy companies, despite the recent Solyndra scandal.

Isn’t Maxine Waters under an ethics investigation for something similar? Didn’t her husband sit on the board of directors of a bank that got TARP money? WTF? Solyndra just went bankrupt, frivolously spending away our hard-earned money and the Carter Administration’s black hole just passed out more. This country is in a debt crisis, we’ve lost our AAA credit rating and more money is being pissed away. We don’t need to suspend elections, we need to fire everyone and start over.

I realize that I am only one voice among many, shaking my fist and screaming at Fox News. I am in bad need of an alcoholic beverage. It’s a shame I don’t drink.

New Audio: NC Governor Struck Serious Tone On Suspending Congressional Elections

She’s definitely a card-carrying Communist Democrat. I’ve seen and read about people who will do anything to get press or get elected but, good GOD. Suspend elections??? What country does she think she’s in?

I swear, if this crazy bitch gets re-elected, I will have lost all faith in the people of North Carolina. Look at that woman’s eyes. They’re glassy. She has to be perpetually stoned out of her blonde mind…or she’s on meth. I’ll bet she paces the floor in Raleigh, chewing on her nails, jonesin’ for a hit.

I was shocked when Mike Easley was put back in office. He’s so crooked, he’ll have to be screwed into the ground when they bury him. Ditto for Beverly “The Joker” Perdue. Excuse me while I chew my nails and pace the floor. What’s our unemployment rate now, Ms. Joker???

Our country hasn’t been the same since. The images of the people jumping to their deaths, thinking in a panicked state that that end to their lives was somehow easier than burning to death, is forever etched in my memory. I can’t even begin to imagine what making a choice like that must feel like. The sheer terror, the helplessness… The families that were left with the knowledge of how their loved ones died.

Then there’s the first responders. These are the folks that are running into a burning building to help while everyone else is trying to get out. They died trying to assist those in need. The ones that survived the tragedy are now sick from the toxins that were released when the buildings burned and fell. This is just a never-ending nightmare.

No. I can’t forget. And, no, I will never forgive. There is a special place in Hell for the people responsible for this. Even though Bin Laden is dead, our nation still weeps for her lost souls.

Now, back to my musings…

Southlake, TX ~ Chase Bank told a businessman to remove the Christmas tree he donated to a local branch because it could offend people.

I will NEVER bank with Chase. Technically, I SHOULD own shares of the company after they got taxpayer bailout money. This is one of those multi-national corporations that is raping the U.S. They participated in the biggest transfer of wealth (stolen, actually) in American history. If you can’t afford to feed your family and pay your bills, you can thank them and their greedy ilk. And, then, they turn around and don’t like your Christmas traditions.

Offended by my Christmas tree? Offended my Merry Christmas wishes? Offended by my flag Old Glory? F**K YOU AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY COUNTRY!
